We’re honored to collaborate with so many local and state-wide businesses, organizations, and non-profits. We curate menus to match the theme of your event and we also understand that a lot of local summer events attract the same crowd. We strive to create different, personalized menus so that guests aren’t seeing the same offerings at each event they attend. We also offer bar service as a stand alone option.

LOBSTER BAKES
Some call it a boil, a bake, or a shore dinner. Whatever you call it, it's only the most delicious, authentic, edible Maine treat, since, well, the Wild Maine Blueberry! A good ol' fashioned lobster steamed in seawater and eaten straight from the shell is a favorite in our neck of the Maine woods. We work with local fishermen and women to source the day's best catch, plucked fresh from the waters surrounding the island. Our lobster bakes are not currently available for drop-off or pick-up.

BEVERAGE SERVICE
We offer full service build-your-own beverage packages that can be customized to fit your vision and your budget. We always feature Maine craft beers, food-friendly wines, mocktails, and signature cocktails. Our beverage team is fully licensed and insured in the state of Maine and our staff is carefully trained in the most current liquor laws and mixology techniques. Our beverage services go hand in hand with our catering services.
