Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony for 20 or a multi day extravaganza for 200, we've got you covered. We work closely with you from the beginning, helping you customize your dream menu, connecting you with our favorite vendors, helping you sort out rentals and other planning details. Just call us your own personal event curator! Check out our helpful Wedding 101 to dig in a bit deeper on details.

Do you have visions of an intimate dinner on the shore with family during your Mount Desert Island vacation? Are you planning a birthday blowout for your 40th? Are your parents celebrating a milestone anniversary? We’d love to help you celebrate anything, and we go where you go – be that at a campground, an estate perched on a cliff, a rustic farmhouse, the top of Cadillac Mountain, or anywhere in between.

We’re honored to collaborate with so many local and state-wide businesses, organizations, and non-profits. We curate menus to match the theme of your event and we also understand that a lot of local summer events attract the same crowd. We strive to create different, personalized menus so that guests aren’t seeing the same offerings at each event they attend. We also offer bar service as a stand alone option.

The staff made me feel so special and I never had to worry about anything! I think one of my favorite parts was when they came down to where we were doing photos and delivered drinks and appetizers!

Some call it a boil, a bake, or a shore dinner. Whatever you call it, it's only the most delicious, authentic, edible Maine treat, since, well, the Wild Maine Blueberry! A good ol' fashioned lobster steamed in seawater and eaten straight from the shell is a favorite in our neck of the Maine woods. And, it goes really well with fresh local sweet corn slathered in cilantro lime butter. We work with local fishermen and women to source the day's best catch, plucked fresh from the waters surrounding the island.

Throwing a party like a rock star and just need food? We’ve got you covered! We’ve designed a menu featuring some of our most popular foods - just give us an idea as to what you'd like to serve and we show up and drop it off for you the day of your event. That’s it. Seriously. Camping with your family in Acadia and need a picnic lunch for 50? Yup, we can do that. Going on a sunset cruise and want snacks to impress your friends? We can do that, too. We deliver when and where you need it!

Bar Harbor Catering Company is more than just food — they are amazing at planning events and coordinating with other vendors. The service they provide is outstanding (we even had guests mention that the bartenders were awesome)! The food is unreal. We had guests asking if the passed appetizers were the main course because they were soooo good! I would highly recommend BHCC for any event where you want top notch food and service to match!
